Job Description:
•Preparation and loading of steam sterilizer loads.
•Operation, cleaning, and troubleshooting of Manufacturing vessels, Steam Sterilizer, Dry Heat Sterilizer, Microfluidizer, Inline homogenizer, CIP/SIP unit, Filter integrity testing machine, Glove leak testing machine, Offline NVPC, Contact parts washer.
•To record events, process parameters in logbooks, and Batch manufacturing records.
•Operation and Cleaning of Mobile Laminar Air Flow, Garment Cubicle, Laminar Air Flow, and Dynamic Pass Boxes.
•Balance calibration and verification operations and issuance of consumable materials.
•In-process checks during the stage-wise process as per the Batch Manufacturing Record
•Bulk Manufacturing and filtration of Products in Controlled Areas.
•Handhold experience with Labelling machines, Cartonator, Checkweigher, Autoclave, etc.
