Procedure for establishing minimum optimum speed:

Run the machine as per the standard operating procedure. Set the lowest RPM possible and run the machine for 5 minutes. Check the following points during operation and record :

Parameter Acceptance criteria
Noise There shall be no abnormal noise
Vibration There shall be no abnormal Vibration
Jerking motion There shall be no Jerking motion
Motor condition Motor shall not trip

If observations made for all the parameters are complies with acceptance criteria then the speed (RPM) can be established as minimal optimum speed. If any one of the observations are not complies then, slightly increase the speed and repeat the test that will be the minimum optimum speed.

Parameter Acceptance criteria
Noise There shall be no abnormal noise
Vibration There shall be no abnormal Vibration
Jerking motion There shall be no Jerking motion
Motor condition Motor shall not trip

Procedure for establishing maximal optimum speed:

The procedure will be reverse, of minimal RPM, Run the machine as per the standard operating procedure. Set the Highest RPM possible and run the machine for 5 minutes. Check the following points during operation and record:

Note: The outer limit of 40 RPM will be kept as highest value, as it is not practical to run, blender more than such a value.
